To "Hazard" a driver is to warn them of a physical hazard that their vehicle exhibits.

Alaskan Klee Kai locked in the car at Menards... windows cracked but still hot in the car. I waited 10 minutes and called Police. Got my Lifehammer out of the Glove box and was preparing to tell Police what I was going to do. I was on the phone with the Popo when owner walked back out to his truck. I was rolling through Dickinson this morning just before 9:30 Mountain Time, Westbound on I-94. I was making a pass around this loser while going 80 in a 75. He extended his middle finger at me as I started to pass him and held it there for me as I went around. I completed my pass and then he sped up, came around me... I was maintaining my speed (cruise control) and he cut back in front of me just before the second Dickinson Exit. The total distance of this was about 2 miles. Since I didn't know if he was going to follow me, get violent, slam his brakes or try to cause an accident, I pretended I intended to exit there as well, but didn't signal. I slowed down behind him, an he signaled his exit but didn't move over to the ramp. I stayed behind him but just off center of the line. Finally he decided to exit and ran out of room, and I continued on down the road. This guy should be considered dangerous as far as I'm considered. His only reason for flipping me off was that I was passing him and maybe he didn't approve of my going 5 mph over the speed limit. He'll have to get over it, but he isn't entitled to road rage.

As I was leaving the parking lot of the local theatre, this guy was blocking me in my spot while he chatted with a guy in another car. I got out of the car to ask him to move, and he started calling me every name in the book and wanted to fight me. I was pretty surprised. So if you read this, you really need to grow up. Oh and you are not as big of a bada** as you think you are!

Friday afternoon, westbound on I 94, came into a 35 mph construction zone doing 85 mph, left skids marks trying to stop for flagman. He also passed me in a "No Passing Zone" in a construction zone. (DO NOT PASS signs located 1 mile before lane closed) Name on the side of the pickup "corr pu" After the constuction zone ended he had to be travelling at 85 mph or better. He disappeared within 5 miles. I googled the company with no results. What he doesn't realize is that speeding fines are $100 per mile per hour over the limit, doubled in consrtuction zones, 15 mph over the limit is wreckless driving, 90 day suspention on the spot, $500 fine plus speeding fine. In a commercial vehicle, like he was driving, it is a one year suspention, $1500 fine, two year supervision. I believe he will be getting a ticket for this because there was a picture-radar machine at the beginning of the construction zone, it read 85 mph when he passed it. It had a large readout that could be seen several hundred feet away, along with red, white and blue blinking lights on top. It stayed blinking untill I got within two hundred feet away, then it read my speed 35 mph.

This is the old Orange with black numeral Oregon plate, and it's expired! (2/07) You made a right exit onto I 29 north from the left lane in front of me, that was real nice of you to do that....of course you dropped the phone when I blew the train horns, almost drove off the ramp into the grass trying to pick your phone.....then you flipped me off with a middle finger salute...how nice. I suppose thatyou told the person you were talking to that this big truck tried to run over me, not mentioning, of course the right exit from the far left lane.... (three westbound lanes)BTW ND state radio was called too. That old Oregon plate really stands out.

holy cow. you would think that you would drive a little more careful considering we just got over a foot of snow...but no! they pulled out and of course, being that there is glare ice everywhere they spun around and went in the snow bank. really nice. this was on one of the busiest streets here in the morning too!

tailgated this red pontiac coming off the interstate then cut in front of another car to get into the right turn lane from the left turn lane. At the next light I saw her pull left infront of yet ANOTHER car that had to slam on the brakes to keep from hitting this chick. But that wasn't enough for her, she then went all the way to the right turning lane and pulled out infront of YET ANOTHER car. Almost caused two or three cars to get into an accident there and then sped off into the distance. Thankfully, I was going the opposite way.
